WHO BUILT THIS

My name is Ben Eastwood.

I didn’t build Adapt & Evolve from a textbook.

I built it from a difficult start, drug use, mental health battles, years of learning the hard way what it actually takes to change. Training saved my life. Understanding the mind finished the job.

 

For over a decade I’ve owned and run a successful gym, founded a mental health organisation that’s worked with NHS-linked projects, councils, schools and businesses, and coached over a thousand individuals from everyday men to professional athletes.

I hold an advanced breathwork qualification through Oxygen Advantage, a diploma in psychology and a diploma in cold water therapy.

I live this method every single day. I’m not selling you something I read about.

How it Works 

 

Adapt & Evolve is a structured system built around applying pressure in a controlled way so you learn to handle it, not avoid it.

 

You’ll follow a clear weekly structure focused on routine, breathwork, stillness, and how you manage yourself under pressure.

 

Everything is delivered through a private online platform giving you structure, direction, and accountability week to week, with direct input and guidance from me.

 

We use tools like breath restriction, cold exposure, and physical training to challenge you while coaching you to stay in control.

 

You’re not left guessing.

 

You’re given direction and expected to show up and apply it consistently.

 

There are different levels to this including opportunities to apply the work in person for those ready to go further.
