A bit on me now 'Ben'
My qualifications, insurance
and experience
Ben is an advanced practitioner certified in outdoor cold water coaching.
Holding a Diploma in Psychology.
He also holds an additional diploma qualification and insurance in cold water submersion coaching (indoor and outdoor).
He is also an qualified advanced breath-work instructor, and is emergency first aid trained.
And has over 10 years of personal experience using bespoke methods from the mind, brain and body to create a positive change in life direction.
